Our return policy is as simple as it gets. If your socks don't fit well, no problem, we'll gladly exchange them or issue a refund.

Steps for returning the product for a refund or exchange:

  1. Please contact our support team by emailing us at orders@vimvigr.com to notify us of the return or exchange by November 15th, 2026
  2. We will work with you to help you find a perfect fit or refund your purchase (minus the original shipping cost). We'll email you a free pre-paid return label so you can ship the unwanted item(s) back to us.
